Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned goods

  • Refund will be issued using the original payment method

  • No additional charges will be applied for refund processing


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be purchased within the last 7 days

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods or expired items

  • Opened items related to hygiene (health/personal care products)

  • Items mixed with other products after delivery
